With a background in product design, my research explores the evolving relationship between communities, traditions, objects, nature, non-human entities and landscapes. I am fascinated by the subtle ways everyday objects reflect light, delving into how these visual elements reveal interconnected cultural dialogues. For me, design is an active process that uncovers new forms of interaction, connection, and cultural entanglements. I approach each project as an opportunity to experiment with visual languages and materials, constantly seeking to uncover new perspectives through shapes, textures, and reflections. The spaces these elements inhabit are fundamental to my process: context shapes meaning, activating new modes of relationship that foster mutual becoming and understanding.
Among my recent projects, I contributed to Italy:A New Collective Landscape—an exhibition and public program at ADI Design Museum in Milan, HKDI -Hong Kong Design Institute, Italian Pavillion - Shanghai EXPO Cultural Park, representing Italy’s emerging design talent. // At Fabrica Research Centre, I served as Art Director and Coordinator, mentoring young creatives and co-curating with the artsts in residence the following exhibitions Here Becomes Elsewhere - Otherworlding Program; Monument to Dust - Archaism Program; Blooming in Embers - Co-ecologies Program; Fabrica30 Reunion Festival - Kinship Program. // With JoeVelluto Studio, we developed Design in Practice, a project exploring the intersection of good practice and design, inspired by the Buddhist Noble Eightfold Path. // I’ve worked for COLORS Magazine as a researcher alongside Oliviero Toscani, designed visual shows with sociologist Stefano Allievi, and led visual research on immigration and structural issues in Italy. I have collaborated with YouTube Creators for Change on topics related to overpopulation and environmental exploitation and developed communication campaigns on sustainability for the United Nations
